Hi everybody! My name is Phoenix and today I’m going to be introducing my grandma’s dog, Hazel. Say hi Hazel. Hazel is a Pit Bull and she has light brown fur and she has some white on her chest and her eyes are colored hazel colored so that’s why we named her Hazel. And she has a red nose and very sharp teeth. That’s how you know she’s healthy.

My daddy found Hazel in the park because she [playfully] jumped out of the bushes and almost tackled my daddy [while he was jogging]. And then Hazel stayed behind him while he was jogging for over 3 miles! After my daddy and Hazel ran 3 miles my daddy felt like, “We should give her to her real owners.” But he couldn’t find her real owners and so we were like, “We should give her a home.” but we couldn’t find a home for her. So then my grandma and grandpa said, “Well, we could take her in cause she’s a cute doggy.”

Some people think that Pit Bulls are bad dogs. But there’s no such thing as bad dogs. There’s only such thing as bad owners. Hazel is almost 1 years old and Hazel is very well behaved and also very well trained and she’s a good pet to be in a good family. And all she wants to do is be petted and loved and give kisses and hugs.

Pit Bulls are very warm when they lay on you because they have big bodies and that big body generates a lot of heat and when you have big muscles that generates a lot of heat too.

My daddy thinks that Pit Bulls were originally bread to fight bulls and bears but I don’t think that’s true. I think that Pit Bulls were originally bread to be nice warm cozy pillows.

Pit Bulls have a lot of energy. It might not look like it now with Hazel but it’s true, they do have a lot of energy. We took Hazel to the park and we put this little camera on her and I’m going to show you some of the videos we took with Hazel.

Overall I think Pit Bulls make a great family pet. And you just have to give it a lot of love and a lot of care and show it that you love it and just make it have a good home and make it feel good and that’s pretty much the end of my review for Pit Bulls and my grandma’s dog Hazel.
