Hi everybody! Welcome! My name is Phoenix and today I’m going to talk about the movie called X-Men: Apocalypse. Overall I did not like this movie. The reasons why is because it was really scary and last night it almost gave me nightmares. So my dad covered my eyes only one time. And the reason why is because it was a very disgusting part. And let me tell you about it. There was this guy and his wings were growing behind his back and his bones were popping out and you could see it. It was so disgusting. And I actually covered my eyes for a few other parts because they were also very disgusting.

This movie was very scary so I don’t really recommend this movie for children my age because usually I can handle X-Men but this movie I could not very easily handle because every time the good guys were losing in this movie and sometimes I had to plug my ears cause there were very scary parts and the music was really scary. And sometimes I had to hold my dad’s hand for this movie because it was kind of scary, very scary actually. And for half the movie I was like, “Daddy, daddy can we please go home? This movie is so scary I can’t handle it anymore. Daddy can we please go home?”

But, my daddy said, “You have nothing to worry about cause this is not a real movie. It’s just fake for pretend. And also in these movies the good guys always win.” So for the rest of the movie I was like, to myself, “Good guys always win. Good guys always win.” And that helped me get through the whole entire movie.

There was one scene that I really liked and it was super hilarious and very funny. It’s when this guy who runs really fast (you might have seen him in the other X-Men movies) but this was really funny what he did. He was running so fast that in his point of view everything is a statue like everything stands still. So he was like saving everyone’s lives in this movie and it was super hilarious because he was like eating the dog’s pizza. And there was this girl and she was drinking a drink and he was drinking it. At least he needs to have some energy to save almost everyone in the hotel museum where all the monsters go. And he saved almost everyone’s lives. But that was really like the only scene that I liked.

And there was bad language in this movie. And the bad guys were really scary and creepy and they were like winning all the time. But I guess that the action scenes and the fighting parts and the special effects were I guess kinda good but I didn’t really like this movie. And also I don’t really like this movie for kids because it was very scary.
